Abstract

Code NET Bootcamp is a coding training place located on West Imogiri street, Sorogenen village, RT 02, Timbulharjo, Sewon district, Bantul rgency, in this case, Code NET Bootcamp is used as a research site with the aim of facilitating the process of processing student data, processing student grades, processing subject data, as well as to find out academic data reports effectively and efficiently which were previously done or recorded manually. by writing in a ledger. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method, where data is collected through direct observation and analysis, while the system development uses the waterfall model. Documentation and design of system specifications are made using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The software used is: Windows 10, Integrated Development Environment (IDE) Netbeans 17, MySQL Workbench 8.0 CE as database. The result of this research is a desktop-based academic information system program using the Java programming language which is capable of displaying accurate information regarding student data, course or material data, and grade data for each student. Making it easier for Bootcamp stakeholders to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the student data management process , more accurate and detailed data to support the Council on Integrity in Results Reporting (CIRR) registration process and the creation of academic reports.
