Abstract

Piri 3 Vocational School One of the private schools that has not used an academic information system is located in Yogyakarta. This high school has a large number of students. This high school consists of classes X, XI and XII with a different number of classes each year. The academic system at this school still uses Microsoft Excel as a database for student grades. Because it only uses values locally, often these values become insecure because there is no security system at all. Because of the large number of students, teachers often find it difficult to enter grades. For this reason, this school needs an information system that facilitates students' academic processing.
