Abstract

SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Yogyakarta is one of the junior high schools in Yogyakarta and is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture. In some schools already use information systems as a means of helping work, one of which is an inventory information system. An inventory information system is a system that can assist in recording and managing inventory or inventory at schools. This study aims to create an information system that can assist in recording inventories so that there are no mistakes between reports and existing inventories. The results of this study are that the system created can record items in SMP and can record conditions, categories and locations of goods so that it makes it easier to check and find out whether the goods are still suitable for use or not. This system can also generate reports in PDF or Excel formats to speed up the user's work. Keywords— Inventory, Information Systems.
