Abstract

SD N Wojo is one of the leading public schools in the city of Bantul, making this school much in d ema n d by prospective parents of students because access to this school is very easy, but SD Wojo's information system is currently still very limited, namely using the Ms. Excel for processing report card data without a database. As a result of this, there are many obstacles faced by the school in matters of making report cards such as processing student data, and student value data. In addition, the presentation of information is still not fast, precise, and accurate because the media for conveying information is currently only done manually. This report card information system application is designed to display academic report cards in web-based elementary schools so as to make it easy for schools to reco rd student scores. This web-based report card has the same structure as the semester report card display fo r students by displaying biodata and showing semester student scores. The research method used is the user login process model first, and the programming language that the author uses is PHP and MySQL database. To use online report cards, the user is divided into 3, namely the school admin, homeroom teacher, and student guardian must log in with the identity concerned with the user and password. The created web-based information system is expected to provide convenience in processing data and archiving school academic data. Keywords: SD N WOJO, information system, raport, website
