Abstract

Omah Atqo is a murottal speaker sales center located in Banguntapan, Bantul. Omah Atqo has a lot of inventory. So that when goods come in or goods go out, the recording of goods still uses a manual system so there is a big risk when the records are lost or damaged. Computerized information systems are more needed than manually processed systems From the research conducted, the researcher intends to solve the problems faced in Omah Atqo so that a web-based information system for data collection on Omah Atqo is proposed. The information system is made using the PHP and database MySQL the type of research method carried out is the waterfall method. The results of this study are that by using this information data collection system, it can assist officers in recording goods and reducing errors in submitting reports.
