Abstract

In this research, the object of research is FIFGROUP. One of the most important elements that can ensure the company to run well is Human Resources. Human Resources can indirectly have an impact on the company's performance, although Human Resources are not directly related to the company's income or finances. To get maximum results, Human Resources (workers) must have high loyalty, as well as the best professionalism; hence Human Resources management is needed. As an effort to improve professional and competent Human Resources so that company performance can be achieved, it is necessary to do several methods; one of them is by selecting employees for work performance. With the selection process, it will have a positive impact on employees and will motivate employees to work even better to improve company performance. To evaluate the performance of these employees, a decision support system is needed to produce the best alternative employees in the company with the objective process in the assess. The process of evaluate employee performance is not optimal because reading and filling out documents in writing is still subjective. Therefore, to solve problems related to the things needed, an objective system that supports employees assessment and can assess employees' performance.
