Abstract

Abstract Web-based academic services facilitate lecturers and students in carrying out academic processes. The Academic Information System (SIAKAD) of STMIK El Rahma was developed to serve the academic process of students and lecturers. Service constraints can interfere with the smooth running of academic services such as processing Study Plan Cards (KRS), academic advising processes, thesis advising processes, and lecture processes. Complaints of unstable and separate networks with E-Learning Elrahma are problems that must be given a solution. This research uses the De Lone and Mc Lean (2003) information system success model to analyze user satisfaction and the concept of information system maturity using COBIT Framework 41 attributes to provide management solutions, namely (a) policy, planning and procedure attributes, (b) goal setting and measurement attributes. Samples were taken from active students, lecturers and employees. Data analysis using SMART PLS 4.0, the results showed that there is a positive influence of policies, planning and procedures on user satisfaction but not significant There is a positive and significant influence of service quality on user satisfaction. There is a positive but insignificant effect of goal setting and influence on user satisfaction.
