Abstract

The development of information technology has given rise to many products and services such as applications, websites and web-based or online information systems. Website is the main element used in the internet as a medium of communication. STMIK El Rahma is a private university that has implemented a website as an information service. However, until now there are still many found that reduce user comfort, so it is necessary to carry out an analysis in the usability aspect in order to find out the usability level of the website. To overcome this problem, a website evaluation is carried out using the WEBUSE method. Testing is carried out by assessing 4 aspects of Content, Organization and Readibility, Navigation and Link, User Interface Design and Performance and Effectiveness. The method used in testing is to make observations about the material, then make tasks according to the facilities on the website and make questionnaires with predetermined standards. Then the tasks and questionnaires were given to 100 respondents consisting of STMIK El Rahma Yogyakarta Students and Alumni. From the test results, the task completion time is obtained which is then processed to get the value of each predetermined aspect.
