Abstract

The quality of a website is an important factor that must be considered in an institution, because the website of an institution is a picture of the institution in cyberspace. To determine the quality of a website, it is necessary to measure the quality of the website based on its users. This study aims to determine how the quality of the website owned by STMIK El Rahma Yogyakarta. This study uses the website quality measurement method, namely the Webqual 4.0 method which is one of the methods or techniques for measuring website quality based on end user perceptions whose assessment is composed of 4 variables, namely ease of use, quality of information, quality of interaction, and influences on user satisfaction. The Webqual method was chosen because the advantage of Webqual is that it can be used to analyze the quality of several websites, both internal and external websites. This study uses a quantitative approach to measure the effect of the relationship between website service quality and user satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the satisfaction of users of the STMIK El Rahma Yogyakarta website is influenced by the quality of the website, especially the quality of usability. The quality of usability is the most influential factor in providing a sense of satisfaction for its users. The quality of information and the quality of interaction still need to be improved in order to get the best website quality and increase user satisfaction
