Abstract

Competence is defined as a set of knowledge, skills and behaviors that must be possessed, lived, mastered and realized by lecturers in performing their professional duties, including pedagogic, personality, social and professional competence. The process of appraising the professional level of a lecturer begins with the assessment of portopolio, where there are three key words: collect, selec, and reflec. The complex components and competency assessment aspects of a lecturer require a method that can be used as an alternative quick, precise and accurate assessment. The objectivity and accuracy in reviewing becomes absolutely necessary to obtain accurate results. The process of assessing lecturer competence by involving many criteria and assessment aspects is included in the category of MultiAttribute Decision Making (MADM). Some criteria involve fuzzy attributes, such as many, few, often, rarely, high, medium and low. This problem is included in the fuzzy inference system discussion environment (fuzzy inference system). The goal to be achieved in this research is to build a decision support system software to determine lecturer coorentation value quickly, precisely and accurately. Assessment of competence based on several aspects of the assessment (multi attribute decision making) by applying the method of fuzzy tsukamoto inference system. Keywords— assessment of lecturer competence, FMADM, FIS, tsukamoto
